Jane Lindgren practises in commercial law and regulatory matters, including construction and environmental law.

Jane has experience in medium and large-scale construction matters, as well as infrastructure projects.

Jane is on the EPA Barristers’ Panel and has been involved in various matters involving land contamination claims, including the West Gate Tunnel dispute, as part of the counsel team for Transurban (led by Bret Walker SC, Michael Roberts KC, Jonathon Moore KC, Tim Breakspear SC and Liam Connolly).

Jane also has experience in arbitration procedure and expert determination processes.

Before coming to the Bar, Jane was a solicitor at Allens. Jane has a Master of Laws, Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce.
