Joel has acted and advised in a wide range of construction and property disputes, involving both technical (expert evidence and industry standards) and legal matters (contract, tort, regulatory, criminal, and security of payments). His practical experience are enhanced by his further studies in the field, having completed a number of construction and insurance subjects during his Master of Laws at the Melbourne Law School.
