Roman has a broad commercial practice with particular expertise in construction, engineering and technology disputes. 

Roman holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Monash University.  He was a Senior Associate at Minter Ellison where he was involved in litigation and arbitration (both domestic and international) in electricity, rail, manufacturing, mining, defence and other sectors.

He has also acted in group proceedings, public private partnership and joint venture disputes, security of payment and administrative law matters, professional liability and negligence cases, product liability claims, and more generally in property, insurance and insolvency litigation.
